    General Services

    Surveying

    We prepare a detailed study of existing conditions of the proposed project location. This study includes a review of existing conditions, type of construction, cost analysis, construction schedule and preliminary plans. We can prepare a preliminary feasibility study and cost analysis to allow interested parties to make educated decisions.

    Budget & Schedule Schematics

    We prepare preliminary and final budget cost estimates to determine a trade-by-trade projection of project costs. This consists of total quantity take-off, as well as complete unit pricing.

    We also provide a detailed construction schedule highlighting the critical path of the project. This schedule outlines when architectural/engineering drawings are required, sub-contracts awarded, space is available for construction, and when shop drawings and approvals are required.

    Drawing & Materials Review

    We work with your project architect to review the development of all drawings and selection of materials as they pertain to scheduling, costing and coordinating trades. This includes monitoring the development of a project, insuring that significant elements such as permitting, manpower assembly and the pre-purchase of long lead items can all be on a continuum, thus allowing the project schedule and budget to be maintained without interruption.

    Project Management

    We prepare all project management procedures, schedules and project budgets. We invite respective sub-contractors and vendors to bid so that there is no significant adversity in the scope of work, allowing for honorable sub-contract awards.

We will work with your insurance company throughout the process to make sure you're project meets all guidelines and requirements.
