Terre Neuve Now Remodeling Condominiums at Boca West

Boca West is one of South Florida’s first private planned communities, with more than 3,400 residences. First opened in 1971, Boca West is still one of South Florida’s premier places to live. But, naturally, residences of this age are often in need of remodeling and updating. Terre Neuve is pleased to bring its nearly 35 years of construction experience to Boca West. We have begun our first remodeling jobs and are very excited about the results.

The first thing we noticed is the excellent quality of the original construction of the units, something we see less and less of these days in South Florida. Good original structure makes remodeling that much easier to complete, as well as making it a good investment.

Kitchen: BeforeYou can see from our before and after photos that we were able to easily tear out the 70’s-style kitchen and other dated elements and replace them with modern amenities like granite countertops, recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances and large ceramic tiles. We enlisted the services of an experienced interior designer to choose a warm, neutral color palette for the 2,200 square foot, three-bedroom condominium unit, which we then augmented with unique lighting fixtures, window treatments and furnishings.

The result: an instant 40-year transformation, from an old-fashioned home to a sleek, modern residence; a perfect fit with the style and elegance of Boca West.

Are you thinking of selling your home, but haven’t updated it in many years? You’ll get a higher sale price and your home will sell faster if you make a smart remodeling investment. Terre Neuve can work with your Realtor to design a renovation plan that recovers your costs, and hopefully, a bit more.

If you’re a Boca West buyer and find that “deal of a lifetime” that needs updating, Terre Neuve can provide you with all the services you’ll need to get your remodeling job done on time and on budget.

And, if you’re a long-time resident planning to remain in the place you’ve called home for so many years, we can help you make the kind of renovations that will not only make your unit beautiful, but also easier to live in, including retrofitting bathrooms and countertops for handicap access.Living Room: Before
